I had heard positive reviews about this salon, so I decided to give it a try for a Gel X removal and a gel manicure. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the technician did not greet me. After I informed him of the services I needed, he directed me to sit without any further communication. During the removal process, I suggested soaking off the nails, but he insisted on using clippers. Trusting his expertise, I agreed.
