Lynn manages houses purchased my apartment complex from cpmg in the beginning of this year, they did not contact me to tell me they purchased the apartment, cpmg had to tell me when I paid my rent to them. When it came time for move out, I cleaned my apartment and left my 30 days notice. We had an exceptional experience with Lynn Manages Houses. We didn't land the first rental we applied for, and that's okay; Joy kept in touch with us, and when another opportunity came up, she and Bailey reached out and made it happen. The challenge was that we'd already made the decision to move across the country and that house wasn't going to be available for a couple weeks.
