We had an exceptional experience with Lynn Manages Houses. We didn't land the first rental we applied for, and that's okay; Joy kept in touch with us, and when another opportunity came up, she and Bailey reached out and made it happen. The challenge was that we'd already made the decision to move across the country and that house wasn't going to be available for a couple weeks. Lynn Manages Houses has been the best apartment complex me and my boyfriend have ever encountered. The apartments are extremely nice and affordable. The staff is very helpful through the whole process. They truly made the whole renting experience enjoyable! If anyone is looking for an a new change I would highly recommend them over any place in town!
Moved into our house to rent, was never cleaned before we moved in, (they claimed it was professionally done) spent 5 hours cleaning it ourselves, broken glass/trash all over the yard, left molded furniture, the manager said they would come dispose of it and never did, no central air, pretty steep for the ≈$2000 to be here….
