I am a new patient in this clinic, and have had two appointments in five days. Each appointment involved rather extensive work, with which I am well pleased. I arrived on time for my first appt and prepared to wait by bringing a novel with me. I don’t think I sat for more than 15 seconds before someone came to get me.
