2009 Silverado repair The folks at Lynn Layton were friendly and professional. They called me with parts and labor pricing before proceeding with repairs. - They found a bad ignition coil and fuse box . The coil pretty easy to find, the fuse box not so easy. - the truck was ready in 3 days . My only complaint was the price. I expected parts to be full retail, but the labor was pretty steep. I normally do my own repairs, so my idea of pricing is probably out dated.
Greatly appreciate how Service Manager handle my repair.
Unfortunately there was a customer with a computer problem with an earlier appointment than me. My infotainment problem put me in line behind him. It was 3 hours past my appointment time before they took my Tahoe to service. Aubrey was very nice and explained the situation to me. It was just an unfortunate coincidence that our 2 vehicles were there for software problems at the same time. I will definitely use Lynn Layton and Aubrey for my service needs in the future.
