Very upset with our situation at this dealership. Paid over 100k for a brand new Escalade last year. Since we bought it the heat never would work on the passenger side. We took it to the dealership in November and they replaced a part but it didn’t fix the issue. They had to discuss next step with GM and then wait on a new part to come in that they had to take the dash out for. We went to pick up the vehicle and were told the part would be in mid December.
