My shopping experience at Lynn Layton Cadillac was excellent. It made me think of the "good old days" where the dealer was interested in gaining a customer not making a onetime profit. My salesman, Tim Howard, was most knowledgeable and a Cadillac owner as well. He was easy to relate to and understood my needs. He was also exceptionally patient as I wanted to test drive several cars. I am looking forward to many years of pleasurable driving in my 2025 XT6. Thank you, Lynn Layton and Tim Howard.
We had purchased last year a new 2024 CT4. We wanted a little bit roomier and decided to get the 2025 CT5. My husband met with Tim briefly and he showed him one that he was looking at on the lot. Husband brought me back the next day and Tim remembered my husband and the vehicle. However, I wanted the self driving one that was more sportier and Tim made it happen.
