Super happy with Jones Collision!! They got right to work on my sons truck as soon as they received it after almost a year of the truck sitting at a different body shop with zero results .. it was no time at all before all the damage was repaired and the damaged areas were repainted and at more than half the cost of the original body shops estimate.. The team did an excellent job, start to finish. Very professional and truly understand customer service. My truck looks like new. Highly, highly recommend them if you need repairs.
Absolutely horrible. I had to return my car three times for things not fixed correctly. Without a car for three months. The car now sounds like the window is down when you’re driving, they replaced my leather steering wheel with a vinyl piece of crap. They left all the door trim in the back STILL not fixed correctly. They left it a total mess inside. Just really sloppy work. The second time I picked it up…. IT HAD A NEW DENT IN IT! Absolute joke. And the insurance paid them A LOT of money.
The final price was 30% higher than the estimate. We returned it because it was not properly repaired. They said it was. I took it to someone else and Jones had left several nuts loose and stripped threads. I had to spend another $500 to have their work redone. Never going back.
Just picked up car from Jones after being repaired. They did a fabulous job on the repair work, looks new again! The staff was extremely helpful walking us thru the process. If we have another need in the future we will definitely call them!
