Didn’t care at all about my concerns. Ignored the fact that I was sent in by the clinic because it needed to be taken care of ASAP. Thankfully the clinic at the same time had set up an appointment for the next day because a follow up would be needed, leaving my Dr to care for the issue. Not to mention she put an old bandaid over an open surgical wound
I felt in heard, my daughter was in the ER and when we gave information on what we saw in the past she said um no I don't think so I have never seen it in my practice. My daughter is medically complex, she is not typical and should not be treated like everyone else.
Very through and invested in the patients needs. I Had been in ER three times and Dr- Howard was the only one who seemed focused on what my issues were. Very professional yet personal.
