Lynn Grimsley is an exceptional Realator. She’s an agent who listens and cares. We are a military family and bought our house back in 2006, when we got orders to Joint Base Langley-Eustis. However, we continue to keep in touch and I always recommend any of my military friends, who are moving to Hampton Roads, to Mrs Lynn. We absolutely love her and feel so blessed to have her as a realtor and now friend.

We knew Lynn through a previous real estate transaction. This time when we were thinking of doing a move from out of state, it was a no-brainer as to who we were going to ask to be our agent! We would not have felt comfortable with anyone else buying a house sight unseen. She not only came up once and did a virtual tour for us but came back a second time and did another to include measurements. She is the best!!

There is no replacement for experience, and Lynn is the most experienced realtor I have worked with... she is the best! Her knowledge of the local market and her contacts are quite extensive and worth every penny. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends.
