Wow I'm so glad we found Lynn Gauthier !!!! I was looking for a realtor after my mom passed away to help sell her home. She was very professional and helped to us through the probate stage . She kept me up to date on everything. If you ever need help selling you'r house please give her a call. After she told us what had to be done the house sold the first day it was shown.
