5 all the way around. Dr Omer was terrific and told me the honest truth but in a friendly manner. The optician was the same. At the very beginning, the man at the main desk wanted to see and photograph all my health cards & driver's license. Because of his gentle & kind speech, it started me off with little concern as I expected. Get yourself off to Lynn Family Vision now!
From the moment I walked in the reception area to the time I picked my frames, everyone in between was kind and courteous. The office was very clean and neat. Dr. Omar was great in explaining everything! I am happy to be a patient there, very personable.
