The full story is hubby and I had a FULL workup in August. I OVER EXTENDED the use of my meds (2.5 months) and instead of giving me a refill, they "HAD" to have me come in for a prescription refill. The "office manager" (email & voice mail) INSISTED I come in to get my refill and during a PANDEMIC, with Gov orders TO STAY HOME, they refused a teledoc.
