Poor Mgmt = Stay Away The manager doesn't care about the place or the tenants. No regular maintenance, just the bare minimum repair or patch job when something breaks. Allows people with small children to strew toys and trash all over the place. What was once a nice, clean, quiet, well kept place to live has become a white trash, messy, broken down mess. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
