Lyn Bedford was my agent to purchase a home. She was experienced, knowledgeable about the area, the current market and very responsive no matter when I contacted her. Because I did not live on the Olympic Peninsula she suggested video tours when I was unable to arrive in time to view a property before it sold. It worked and I was able to make a timely offer.
