Worst Dr office I ever been too!! My daughter had an ultra sound on her breast because she had a painful lump. Someone from the doctors office called my phone and said to me, " we have your daughters results for the lump in her breast but I cannot give you her results without a pin number". I never once created a pin with this dr. Office and if I ever did it would have been the numbers that I use for everything; which it was not when I guessed. I love dr Lynn Scheel she is the best!! I’m 31 and she was my dr growing up. Now she is my two kids dr.
Best Dr ever. Im a single dad with a girl, Dr Scheel has been there,helped us, taken time, explained medical things, made sure i had information i needed to know and, solved every health issue we have ever confronted her with. There is a huge workload there, the staff is amazing for handling more traffic than a bus station, happy, friendly, If I called rite now i would have an appointment this afternoon.
Experienced and very patient. Listens to all of our concerns. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious environment.
Office staff not good at all. Just found out they never submitted a claim to my insurance from almost two years ago.
