Me and my mother came in and asked for hair cuts, we both showed pictures of exactly what we wanted, and I had asked her to only do my bangs and to NOT touch any of the rest of my hair, and now I have a bob cut. I lost 4 to 5 inches of hair.

This was my first time taking my kids there and this lady was so impatient with them! I had never had this kind of service before and I will not recommend if you have younger kids to bring here. She had a problem with me telling her she had missed spots in the back and to fix the lineup in the front. She was very unprofessional and gave us the worst customer service.
