Nettie is the only realtor I will use. She is always quick to respond and she is the most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. Choose Nettie, because she’s the best.
Nettie is a very good representative but I felt like, as I do about most realtors because I used to be one, they push their own listings too much. Nettie is a hard worker and really tries to find what you need. I bought the property site unseen and after purchasing it I found other properties when I came to the area they were much flatter that would’ve been better for my needs but this property will be fine and I will make do. I would use Nettie again I would just be more specific about what I want.
The entire process from meeting Nettie to closing and even after closing Nettie is amazing. She use to be a teacher and helped with any questions I had and went like by line step by step with me throughout the contract and throughout each piece of the process. It was a very smooth transaction. Anytime I called Nettie I either got a I will call you right back and was given a call back within 5 minutes or was answered immediately.
