Lynes Home Inspections performed a inspection of our condo for a buyer. We were astounded with the multiple non factual errors that the report contained. It appeared that the report was 90% boiler plate and not factual. The inspections was in the morning with rain and fog and he reported that the seals on the sliding glass doors were defective, absolutely not true. Had Mr Lynes preform a standard Home inspection on a house I was interested in purchasing on Hilton Head Island. He charged $425 dollars for this service that he advertises on his web site as a "Rooftop to Crawlspace" inspection. Unfortunately, what he advertises and what he actually does is two different things! I believe it is called "Bait and Switch" I should have known when the inspection started it was not going to go well. 1.
