My mom suggested getting treatments here about 2 and a half years ago due to tension in my shoulders from anxiety. Now that I’m a college student (with a 3.7 gpa, I must brag) who spends a lot of time hunched over studying or biking up hills on the large NAU campus, and the anxiety and stress tend to spike more now than ever, the treatments are needed even more. Just went for my 4th visit with Pam. I just can't explain how this treatment works but it is very healing. As an RN I was skeptical but anyone who deals with chronic pain needs to try this therapy. So thankful that I was told to come here. My pain is so much less and I can manage the acute times so much better. Thankful beyond words!!!
This was by far the most effective, comfortable and relaxing therapy I have ever undergone. Denise did a great job at helping me to fully relax and help release tension in my joints and muscles. So glad I went. They made me a believer in Bowen work!!! �
