Shaconya was my pcp for three years. She stopped a standard of care. She didnt show up to numerous appointments leaving me waiting in the telehealth room for up to an hour just waiting. I couldnt get ahold of her through the Google number, the tele health portal message forum, or text. It was patient abandonment. Proof on my end and all. Why don’t they ever answer the phone, trying to make an appointment and no answer unprofessional
I was recommended here from my PCP and I will say I’ve been with Shaconya for over 3 years. She is thorough, takes time to listen and advised me to take further testing instead of trying different meds and I did, and I am finally on the right track and feeling much better!! I am here to stay! I would definitely recommend this office!
Sherry Rowe and Gabby Caniglia, APRN, are simply fantastic at their jobs. They have each been integral in helping my child overcome some huge challenges. Very grateful to have found them!
