Above and beyond. I’m a brand new mom and have come rushing into this office more than once only to be seen faster than I would have at an ER. I’ve been shown so much compassion and seen the humanity of these women in times when I really needed it and I’m not even the patient. I quickly had to find a pediatric clinic in Syracuse, and I was so pleased by how kind all the staff members were. Everyone—from the receptionist who guided and assisted us, to the nurses and the doctor—was warm and friendly, which made it possible for my child and me to feel comfortable and at ease during the visit.
**UPDATE** Lyndon has now sent a letter terminating my children as patients due to this review: “verbalization of dissatisfaction with our policies”—thank you for proving the points i was making better than this review ever could’ve. If for some reason you still want your kids to remain as patients and also wish to leave an honest review, make sure to remove your last name and any other identifying information from your google review profile.
