Absolutely the best pediatric office we've ever been to!! We moved to the area and from the moment I spoke with the office manager to establish care, she was wonderful in explaining the office policies and making me feel comfortable that I was making the best choice of pediatric care for my growing family! The front desk staff are pleasant and efficient. Appointments have been on time. We hardly ever even have to wait to be called into a room. Front Desk Staff Lack People Skills I want to start off by saying most of the doctors, NPs and nurses are kind and do a good job with the exception of a few which can be mostly written off as every practice has one or two of those. However, this practice does not have a patient portal or any way to message the doctors/nurses about concerns you have with your child which means you have to call and talk to the front desk every time. Some of these reviews are so silly, this is a peds office that is extremely busy, I think we need to give them some grace. We (me and my kids) love Dr. Robinson, she is excellent with my kids and even with me sometimes! When she isn’t available because doctors also have a life, we’ve seen the nurse practitioner's who are also phenomenal.
