Not tenant, but my two sons live there and they are very happy with their new apartment. Coming for Buchertown flats where they barely had any heat and could not wash their clothes due to clog in the apartment and the staff would not fix.
UNDER NEW RUDE MANAGEMENT. Pool shut down by heath department. It's the 31st....stop harassing us to pay rent the new months not even here JEESUS. EVERY DAY a new email...don't forget to pay rent. But can't email you back when you have a problem. And can't even give you a copy of your lease because " you signed under the old management and we can't find it because we're incompetent and don't know how to do our jobs" last time I went into the office the two teenagers that are in there was on a power trip with a lady on the ph... read more
UPDATE- So I got fired because my Regional Manager Roxanna got upset that I spoke to HR at a work event about getting my friend a job. Sounds ridiculous I know, but she felt like I went behind her back and just fired me. Roxanna is going to be the reason this company burns to the ground. Firstly 5 of the 5 star reviews are from my own personal family and friends to get the ratings up. I worked for this company and poured everything I had into it.
