I have known Lindy for about a little over two years she is one of the most caring people real estate . She actually cares it’s not at all about money to her but she needs to make a living like everybody else of course but I know that she will go above and beyond for you she is definitely my go to. so if you’re looking to buy a house or rent somewhere give her a call for sure she is an amazing person.
Find someone else. STAY AWAY FROM HER AND LOCK AND KEY. Has made my time moving in hell. Gave me the run around and things are broken that have yet to be addressed or fixed. I have 11 more months of lease and honestly worst mistake ever. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
Lyndi is a go-getter, professional, personable and knowledgeable. We found Lyndi through Zillow and were looking to buy remotely. She brought the local knowledge we needed and made the very difficult task of finding and buying a newer build in Clarksville easy and painless. My husband and I have been renting from Lyndi Nickerson, the owner of Lock & Key Realty, for over two years. I’ve had many unsatisfactory experiences renting homes. I called to let her know my concerns, and she came over that same night to see what she could do to help me out. Best person I have ever rented from, any issues that arose with appliances, A/C, plumbing, etc, were immediately remedied. She is very professional, easy to get in touch with and was always friendly. If I could give more stars I would, can’t say enough great things about her! 10/10, definitely recommend!
