12/20/20 Rude receptionist had me and my pup waiting in the car for 45 minutes for an appointment I had scheduled way in advance. I arrived 15 minutes earlier to make sure I allowed them enough time to see me and my pup. So, that’s a total of 60 minutes waiting for MY appointment. he told he could not answer my question without an appointment. how do I know if its right fir my dogs?
The doctor did not explain what he was going to do prior to any procedure. He just picked the dog up and left the room without a word.
We noticed a growth on my mouse’s back so we brought her here to get checked out. She’s very shy and doesn’t like to be held so she bit Dr Michael. He threw her at the wall and now she’s laying in her carrier petrified. We now have to take her to an ER because she has not moved since she fell on the floor. Please don’t go here. The only reason we gave it a shot is because not many places see mice.
RecommendedI first went to this vet 5 years ago with a Feral cat we named Pudgi from my backyard. She had just had 5 kittens, then hit by a car a left to crawl into sidewalk. I found her and took her to Dr. M, he immediately saw her, gave her xray and told me that her back legs were broken and she was in pain. I went there for the first time today because “no one”... I usually go to BANFIELD in Secaucus but they were closed. I called three other BANFIELD Hospitals and they were too booked and could not see her. I called Bloomfield animal Hospital but they were close for the holiday. I called Essex County animal Hospital and they could not accommodate her. It seemed no one had availability to see my baby. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️Total chaos when they closed for apx 45 days (3/20/20-5/3/20) they need to provide a backup Dr. people can go to some animals were without meds and some were left in the freezer.
I don't know how people can go there, all the horror stories you hear, plus the place is filthy dirty, I don't care how cheap his prices are
