My appointment was scheduled for 10:10 a.m., but I wasn’t seen until 12:00 noon. The waiting area was extremely crowded, and at 11:30 a.m. I inquired about the delay, only to be told that the doctor I was scheduled to see was running two hours behind. This was never mentioned when I checked in or at any point while I was waiting, which I found very disappointing and unprofessional.
