If a Emergency was to happen, you can not get in touch with them.I called twice yesterday to voicemail is full of carll again today.The voicemail is full.No one's to want to answer the phone

Advertised as non-smoking, it is not. Smoke permeates the hall and into apartments. Paid extra for a 'renovated' apt that was not fully renovated: bathroom was unchanged, holes in the ceiling, errant holes in the cabinetry, hole in the closet door that constantly came off the tracks, other doors just a mess, wall that needed painting, no microwave for 2 months, dishwasher not properly installed, so many things. General unresponsive management.

The management is terrible, and the maintenance crew is consistently unavailable. It takes weeks to months for issues to be addressed, and the trash room is often piled high with garbage. Despite my repeated attempts to follow up with them, they still haven't responded—even for plumbing issues causing water leaks in my apartment. I don't recommend this property

This is no longer a senior complex. Also the rent was raised $300.00 per month about a year ago. The security door is broken most of the time. And the new owners cut the staff in half. Also the person who handles the rent makes a lot of mistakes.

7/1 residents were notified (all over 55+) and many living there for decades and income is social security and maybe a small pension, that the rent effective 8/1 will be $300 more per month. Those unable to pay will of course be evicted. Those staying may have to cut food and meds to pay. New mgmt co MTH Management in East Lansing took over for new owner (10/2022) and they want different cliente NOT SENIORS!
