I lived in Lynden Parke for 11 yrs. It was a 55+ community till new owners raised the rent $300 a month. It was their way of chasing out the seniors and moving in college students.  I had a 3’x3’ hole in the ceiling of my bathroom for close to a year. Upstairs shower leaked into my shower when residents took showers. Maintenance worked on it off and on. Their fix was put up new drywall in the hole. Soon water leaked and black mold. Stay away from this place. This apartment complex has went down hill very quickly the last couple of years. The rent has went up 300.00 dollars since last year. You can not get a hold of anyone on the office. Nor can you get a hold of a maintenance person when there is an emergency. The fire alarms go off all the time for no apparent reason. The security door that is supose to be locked in the back is broken so anyone can get inside. The ceiling tiles are missing in the hallways, due to the many leaks. The trash rooms are al... read more
