Just received back our 1978 coin counter from a refurbishment, and am very happy! I'm a registered mechanical engineer, and while at first glance the counters seem very expensive, but they are well engineered, designed, and built. Highly recommend!
I bought a manual from them, after messaging them about the details of the item. They had promptly confirmed that this manual met the specs of the machine it was for. However, upon receival, this manual was proven to not be compatible with my machine. I don't know if it's standard practice for them or not, but it appears that they will tell you whatever it takes to make a sell, then won't respond after payment, or honor a return. I would not be buying from them again due to the poor, unresponsive customer service.
