Dr. Carrie Lynde is phenomenal! She is caring and helpful. She is incredibly kind! The clinic is very crowded and parking is difficult but she was so worth it!
Whoever pick / manage the phone call system should really act as a patient to try to use it (maybe no testing before actually implement it?). The system said anytime on hold press "9" will go to voice mail - not working; the system said after 30 mins wait time it will automatically goes to voice mail - cool, i was waiting for 30 mins and finally got to caller #1 and then it goes into voice mail which shows busy tone to me and then drop. I don't know if the voice mail box is full or anything, but please fix it otherwise it is... read more
They changed their phototherapy machine from UV B to UV A and didn't tell anyone.
