Its kind of to small and to many bugs
I have lived here since 2014..and I still love it here..(currently tenant) management is very helpful and maintenance is always there where you need them..no big bug issues..just keep your house clean..overall I say great apartment building..

Very clean place they do apartment inspection they are gated key fob 4 entry doors laundry room on the property and grammar school across the street I gave four stars because they have a very limited amount of parking spaces for the size of that building so parking is the most difficult thing to do sometimes you have to park blocks away and walk especially in the winter otherwise this was a five-star building when I live there
