I can only describe her as an angel in disguise. I was in need of someone to talk to and I got a list of providers from my insurance, something stood out about her and I cannot find the words to say how grateful I am that she opened her door to me. She truly cares about people.
I had a horrible experience from beginning to end. This staff person is easily biased and services are less than average, as my husband and I did not really get the treatment necessary for our marriage counseling needs. My husband actually lost interest and stopped attending after awhile. She never gave us clinical exercises and remained partial toward one spouse instead of the other in regards to our sessions. Reasonable rates for testing. Timely results, good record keeping practices. I had to revisit due to lost paperwork and was able to get copies of the records quickly.
