I have Lynda coming into our office twice a month to give much needed stress relief to our employees and we all love her! She listens to your needs and gets those hard knots out of your neck and shoulders. I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs to get muscle relief or just get get a relaxing massage!
Amazing! The massage techniques she uses is the only thing I have found that has managed the pain and given me more mobility.
Lynda was great. She spent time understanding where i was feeling pain and tension. She stretched me out after I told her these pain areas and paid close attention to my needs. During the massage she constantly asked whether the amount of pressure was enough, and she made sure to hit the smaller detailed areas very well. Most importantly she was never rushed. If you live close by, definitely make sure to visit her if you are feeling any pain.
My mom has been doing therapeutic massage at her assisted living community regularly with Lyn and always enjoys it. Lyn takes great care to create a calm and supportive environment, and adapts to what my mom needs. She is always patient, considerate, and friendly. Highly recommended!
