This company was suppose to proved a stellar apartment experience, but we had poor service, lawns surrounded with feces, ants living in the walls/underneath the building, trash left laying around by maintenance, and when wind driven rain come, it come inside the building. No concessions were given or reduced pricing and as soon as this lease is over I will move. The price is not worth it. I wish I could show the videos I have sent to management. I called the corporate office with no success.
VENDORS BEWARE. Lynd does not pay their bills on time. They also short paid the invoice and did not pay late fees. It took 11 months to be paid. So tenants if they charge you a late fee don't pay it as they do not! Do not sell to this company! Worst Company EVER!!
Needs to do better in taking care of their tenants, especially the elderly. This company can careless about your health in your unit that you faithfully spend your hard working money on. They take forever to fix anything you report to them. And all the fixing they do is temporary fixes.
Currently at the potranco commons In san antonio. Which from what the front desk gentleman told me they havent been successful in renting out the buildings. Long story short they do everything possible to not have you move. Have been currently trying to notify them of move out for the past month. no phone calls, or emails. i come in and the manager is never there. also they dont have a maintenance team but they can help with materials for YOU to do it. no pest control, no gates, Mold in brand new apartments. builders notifie... read more
Pawel Village changed mgt., never can see her. She's always gone; plus new maintenance person. Again, never can get anyone to respond to problems.
