If only there were 0 stars, this company recently acquired this property and are doing terrible job!!!!! Why buy a property if they won’t take good care of the people renting! I called several times and left voicemails!!! I emailed as well with no response!!! I live at the Culebra commons and I am extremely disappointed with the staff and their lack of care. I have been attempting to get a fee removed that I was assured would be done. I have cashed multiple times, emailed multiple times and gone to the office multiple times and continue to be told well look into it.
I am very upset with coopermill apts the staff maintenance never comes an fixes anything I waited months on a work order an still no fix nor answer
Horrible apartment management company. Doesn't care about their buildings or tenants at all. Just extremely greedy.
