I have been super comfortable and happy to live in my Lynd owned property for 3 years now and especially since you guys started partnering with Flex Rent! And now I hear you'll be transitioning my property from Flex (which is so amazing) to Livble which has SO MANY bad reviews I am afraid of what is going to happen! I haven't had a late fee in years and now Im am just worried ill be evicted because youre switching to an unreliable cheaper option. Hopefully this doesnt hurt your renters!
The property management company will not respond to your emails. They refer them to your property manager who has no authority to make decisions. I live at Ventana in Houston, TX and the management has let this place go! If you don’t mind your car being broken into, no clean/functioning pool, trash being littered about the place, no functioning computer room, 2 broken barbecue grills, fire alarms that go off at all hours, and the smell of dead rats in the halls, then this is the perfect place for you! I would give you guys less than one star if I could. I live at one of your apartment complexes in Round Rock, Texas, and it's like living in the projects. You guys should be ashamed of yourself and this apartment complex should be condemned because it's falling apart and there's rats and roaches everywhere. And not to mention mold in most of the apartments. And you guys just let anybody live here. When I move, I will make sure I never ever go to a property owned by Lynd because y'all are garbage.
CONTRACTORS BEWARE: Collect payment in full before doing work, Delinquent payments, no communication after project complete..... HIGHLY suggest not doing work for this company ANYWHERE
