I live at the Culebra commons and I am extremely disappointed with the staff and their lack of care. I have been attempting to get a fee removed that I was assured would be done. I have cashed multiple times, emailed multiple times and gone to the office multiple times and continue to be told well look into it.
I am very upset with coopermill apts the staff maintenance never comes an fixes anything I waited months on a work order an still no fix nor answer
Horrible apartment management company. Doesn't care about their buildings or tenants at all. Just extremely greedy.
0 stars, since LYND has taken over they have been unreachable, unapproachable, rude and money hungry. They are more concerned with gathering new tenants than attending to the current tenants. Tried to manipulate a very kind maintenance man who had been here for years to gain good reviews to make it seem like it was their doing. Adding new policies like parking and not notifying the tenants.
