Not happy with you all! My 74 year old Dad had his first visit here and I clearly spoke with someone on the phone to explain I assist my dad with his medical needs by filling out his paperwork and accompanying him to any drs visits to break down what the doctor is saying. (I wear a mask, sit six ft away, and am ok with taking my temperature.) Well he was here today for a consultation about a procedure on his lungs. The ability to get an emergency appt and not having to wait . Also the smiling faces all over....and patient drs and nurses that take the time to truly understand what I’m feeling .... Thanks to you all
Everyone there was very nice the doctor spent time explaining what might be going on and to make sure ordered more test.I felt very good on how I was taken care of.
