My doc went on vacation foe a Month. No one even thought to assign me a nurse oractioner to fill my Meds. Been 2 weeks without my anti depressants. Having suicidal and negative thoughts. Have called 5 times to get a refill and it's been a denied over and over. Every receptionist treats you like you're botheringthem. I had one tell me to shut up when I was talking about why the heck my anti depressants can't be filled. This building is a joke. The workers are mean. Centra. That's all I gotta say. Centra.

This practice puts patients last. I made an appointment as a new patient, and they cancelled it *twice* because a staff member called in sick!! They have literally no contingency plan for when one of their providers (a physician's assistant) calls in sick. I was on the way to their office, having taken time off work again, when they called to cancel a second time, and offered a third date, 10 more days in the future.
