My 84 year old mother was at Regency from June 11, 2020 - June 28, 2020. She was at Regency for rehab after several hospital visits. Full tranparency I spoke with David, the administrator, on June 29, 2020 regarding concerns that I am writing about. During my mothers stay at Regency everything appeared to be moving along just fine, despite me not being able to go in the facility to visit or do window visits. RecommendedEveryone was fantastic, I haven’t met anyone I did not like. Therapy was wonderful. I will miss everyone.
RecommendedStanleytown is known for rehab... it’s just what they do. I found out first hand seeing the daily transformation of a family member. Persistent and a consistent rehab schedule with lots of empathy and encouragement...that’s how I describe their program. In addition, their “aim to please” dining was a great departure from hospital food... even going the extra mile to accommodate a diabetic meal plan. RecommendedThis facility has such an amazing team of Nurses and CNAs. The residents seem very content, with a wide variety of activities. You can truly tell the staff members care abut each and every individual.

RecommendedThe Springtree Staff are all attentive and friendly. They are always doing something fun and special with the residents! The landscaping is always beautiful to look at too.
