First of all, they require us to bring our kids for the appointments. There's signs everywhere that pretty much say keep your kids on check or we will reschedule your appointment. This is a not a welcoming, kid friendly office. They act like they work at the DMV and hate their jobs. By far the worse wic office I've been to, if we're told to bring our children, at least be kind.
You can never get anyone on the phone when you call, and they do not like to return phone calls. Next there is no reminder of appointments although one can set them you just never know.
Doesn’t answer phone calls otherwise ok communication with front desk.
The breastfeeding counselor Chloe is the best person there!!!
