Awful experience at WIC office on 9/11/26. My wife had all of her health and income information printed out in-hand. Only for them to schedule her first appointment for over a month away. A rude sassy woman came from the back and told us we had to wait because of how busy of a day it was (no one was there) and we can’t skip “all these people” (the waiting room was completely empty). First of all, they require us to bring our kids for the appointments. There's signs everywhere that pretty much say keep your kids on check or we will reschedule your appointment. This is a not a welcoming, kid friendly office. They act like they work at the DMV and hate their jobs. By far the worse wic office I've been to, if we're told to bring our children, at least be kind.

You can never get anyone on the phone when you call, and they do not like to return phone calls. Next there is no reminder of appointments although one can set them you just never know.
