I’ve been waiting over a month and a half to have an issue resolved, and I’m still waiting.
Poor Poor customer service. It's been two years since I've had spoken with them. Couldn't pay them because they never completed the job. After 2 years they completed the job. Will pay them installment payments. Now they wait.

Edit: finally got someone out and the guy was nice so thats a plus Impossible to get a call back for service. Been trying for months. Even had an appointment and no one showed up. Giving up and using someone else 🤷♀️
