I will start by saying the positive the office staff makes you feel very welcome and are very kind at the surface. Also, the dental aid I believe her name was Mackenzie was super friendly and was great at her job. Unfortunately, I don’t agree with their business practices of not verbally telling people that are referred to them when they are out of network for the services here. Dr. Baron and MacKemzie were absolutely wonderful! They are a superior team of professionals who made a notoriously torturous procedure feel like nothing at all. Thank God for both of them, and for the whole team at Lynchburg Endodontics!
I was very satisfied with the skillful and extensive work Dr. Baron and his assistant McKenzie did. I know it was not easy but they did it with patience and grace. Thank you both.
So first off- I was referred to a different endo but had to cancel and go to Lynchburg and I am so very glad I did. The experience right off the bat with scheduling was amazing. I have TERRIBLE anxiety with the dentist and anything teeth related but everyone in this office was so kind, reassuring, not judgmental and I felt genuinely cared about me and my comfortably and well being.
