I had my car towed to Allen Turner while traveling to Auburn/Opelika. I had one specific issue (misfiring cylinder 6) and that issue was diagnosed for free at Autozone. They still charged me $95 for the exact same diagnosis, tried to sell me separate completely non-related services (brakes, fuel injector cleaning, replace spark plugs that we less than a year old), then sold me their solution (replace purge value) for $400 that did not fix the issue.
