About a month ago, I brought my vehicle in because the speedometer had stopped working and the ABS’ warning light was intermittently coming on. I was advised by their mechanic that the ABS module needed to be replaced. Trusting their diagnosis, I proceeded with the replacement. Allen turner service centre while regular oil change and p2p inspection said that rear brake pad of my camry has only 2mm left and needs to be replaced. I went to a local shop after 4 months and it was more than 7mm left. Toyota service centre people just wanted to earn money by replacing the parts which was already in very good condition. I am not going to you guys ever again.
Visited dealership on 8/3/24 and had a horrible customer service experience. Service area was short staffed and just turning people away rudely. They didn’t even offer appointments for a later date and time. I understand being short staffed but does that equate to no customer service? As a 20+ year customer I’ve never been treated that way. I reported the experience to management but no response. They definitely do not seemed concerned with adding another customer to their will not use list. Had an appointment at 10:30 am for oil change and tire rotation. Still sitting here at 12:30 pm. Why offer appointments?
