My wife and I just purchased a used Nissan Rogue from Jeff Mucks. Jeff is honest, knowledgeble, friendly and sincere. What a great expierence. The whole peocess was fast and trouble free. Me and my wife came to Lynch after seeing the many positive and raving reviews on Google. We arrived with a history of the last 2 vehicles being bought with cash in full..so no payment history. Khara was the the phone agent we had been talking with. She had been helpful and always answered our questions no matter how small. I used to go to this location quite a bit for oil changes next door. I stopped going because the staff was way too pushy and when I told the sales lady "No" on an air filter because it was just replaced she rolled her eyes said "whatever" and walked away. I later found out the wrong oil was used in my car and the older lady that filled it was not even properly trained to touch my car! I just purchased a new Chevy Cruze from Lynch. Both Lynch and the car have been a great experience. My wife and I have a cabin in the western UP of Michigan and it's 320-miles each way. To my surprise, the Cruze exceeded hwy. the mileage posted on the window. We have experience 50+ miles to the gallon over the past two trips. I was so impressed with the people at Lynch! First of all, my car broke down on my way into work. I called the service department and they sent Larry in the Courtesy Shuttle to pick me up and take me to work while they towed my car to Lynch. They picked me up after work and since the service department is open late during the week, I was able to get my car the same day!! I'm a Lynch customer for life!
