Ryan is a damn shark of an agent. He helped us buy our first home and I’ve always heard home buying is a difficult process. With Ryan, I essentially sat back, signed some paperwork, wrote a check or two and we got our dream home in less than a month. He’s honest, upfront, and blunt in a great way. There’s no BS and that’s the way we like it. Can’t recommend him and Lynch Real Estate enough!

I have no personal experience with Dan Lynch, but I did buy a house he built. My agent said she had a difficult time with him in the past, but I saw none of that. The House - I had some issues with the build, and they were fixed. Some fixes were better than I expected. The house has great features and pretty good build quality. I have minor issues....they used flat matte paint. It's impossible to touch up... but it looks nice . I asked if there were survey stakes, and if not, can they stake it. Unreliable realtor. On the day of the deed they only gave me one key of the apartment. Until today I am waiting for the keys. She gave her word I would get the keys. I cannot have access to my mail box because I have no key. Don’t trust this people on words. Everything has to be written otherwise they don’t fulfill. What’s more, they didn’t come fully prepared to the deed. I had a hassle full paperwork to fill in after it. Honestly, worst experience in buying a property.
