Wes from PARTS was so helpful, that he even brought in a specialist to lay eyes on my parts to thoroughly examine my problem
I know some people who's missing work (with the possibility of termination). Because their Nissan Rogue engine blew up/High Alert engine Recall. The dealership(s) aren't doing what they can to help, just giving the "Out of loaner stock" excuse.. that's sorta customer service, unless that's your only way to get around/to work.
