We have purchased 4 vehicles from the Lynch Mukwonago - Chevrolet Dealership and had a great experience every time. For all 4 vehicles over the past 15 years, we have used their Services and Parts department for all services and oil changes needed on our vehicles. The whole team is wonderful and after all these years they know our family and have given us great guidance whenever we have had frustrating repairs to deal with and always try to find the best next step and ways to save costs. I have been taking my vehicles here for 5 years, always felt that they were in good hands with Pete and his team. Professional and friendly service, honest estimates, and a very convienient courtesy shuttle has been my experience with them. I dont normally leave reviews but they do a great job!
The only reason I giving them a 4, should be more of a 3. The repairs are the only reason they get this high of a rate. Just a hint to run your business better? Communication!!! Answer your phones!!! Called 7 times to in a 31/2 hour period.. to see if my truck was done. No return call, not answering your phone calls. Clean it up Tanya!! You’re the manager. If I ran my business this way? I’d never have any customers.
