Called the day before and set up a time to see vehicles at 8:30. For whatever reason they chose to have a meeting with their sales team while they were open which seems ridiculous… watched the whole squad walk past me while looking at a brand new truck. No one decided to talk to me. A salesman just watched me get in my vehicle and leave. So I went and bought a new truck somewhere else. Unprofessional experience.
Bought a vehicle from Chevrolet Lynch In Mukwonago, i worked with Nick Behling as my sales rep and he was fantastic and thorough! Everything when we got there was the same as we talked about on the phone! Finance guy was great there at that facility as well.. I will be going back it was a great experience!!
Made me the most insulting offer on trading my truck in. Thousands lower than anybody else and KBB value. Told me they took motorcycles on trade in and when we showed up they told us they didn’t. They definitely said whatever they had to to get us in the door and we walked right back out.
