Hi! My fiancé and I just tried purchasing a truck through their used car department. As we literally told them we would buy the truck and give them the down payment they gave the keys to someone else to test drive. Now those people are buying truck that we were gonna buy. So they sold the truck out from under us is what it feels like to us. We are well aware of a competitive market but when we tell you we’re gonna buy it and then do something like that and then we lose the truck that we loved! It’s alittle unfair.
Had a great experience here! Matt N. was wonderful to work with! Answered my questions, never felt pressured, listened to what I did/didn't want, and respectful of my budget! The entire team there easy to work with. Smooth process from start to finish. I will definitely go back when I need another vehicle.

Be ready to pay a $500 “documentation” fee if you purchase a car there. Don’t worry, they are only charging you to keep your information “safe”. When I refused to pay the additional $400 title fee they decided to send the title to my lender instead of the DMV. Now I am stuck waiting to title the car. What a mess.
