Scheduled service for 8 am on a Saturday. Service was estimated to be an hour. At 8:30 my vehicle is still parked outside. Was told the techs weren't in yet. Had i known I would have dropped the vehicle off. Now I'm killing an unknown amount off time on a Saturday morning. Disrespectful. Will not be going back.
The reps are nice and all, but getting any service done here is a nightmare. You leave messages that never get responded to, they don't let you schedule your oil change service (WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE), and man, they sure do seem to take their time with basically every aspect of their job. You know, customer experience will improve dramatically if you'd stop taking 15 minutes to talk about youe weekend plans with another salesman while leaving the buyer in the room alone (which btw, not very sound pro... read more
We had an unusual vehicle situation that was caused by another business, and the service team at Lynch Ford in Mukwonago went above and beyond to help us through it. They were incredibly accommodating, patient, and professional every step of the way. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely cares about helping people, even when the circumstances are complicated. We are so grateful for everything they did and highly recommend Lynch Ford for their outstanding customer service. Shout out to Kirk for all his help!!
Well, I wanted the $10 car wash, and after I put my $10 in, it said it wanted 2 more $, so I put the $2 in, but I think the car wash washes for shit. It didn't even get an underbody wash with that. I would never go back there.
They were very respectful and knowledgeable. I thought their price for service was very reasonable.
