Would not address a time sensitive issue with my truck that was going to cause it to go into limp mode”limp” mode. DEF fault. Had oil changed but would even put on equipment to give me the fault code. Very disappointing service. Called McGrath and they said they would get in and look at right away. Also contacting Ford Corporate to let them know. Do not recommend!
No pressure Larry in sales is great to work with and the service department is a bunch of straight shooters!
Jeff was very friendly and helpful in every way. Looking for a new truck but he managed to sell me on a 2 year old truck with low miles.
