I scheduled a washer visit around the kids’ routine, and the tech found the dispenser wasn’t working. He replaced the dispenser assembly and inlet valve. Scheduling updates were clear, and my laundry setup is working again.
The freezer was working fine, but the fresh food section was not cooling properly. The technician inspected the unit, identified the issue, and replaced the evaporator fan. After the repair, the refrigerator was cooling properly again and the client’s home was ready for their family dinner. The service was efficient, professional, and completed in a timely manner. Overall, a smooth repair that solved the cooling problem and helped get everything back to normal. 👏🙏
It's difficult to find good service but this team really gained my trust. Their repair guys were great about their workmanship, they were great about attention to detail and they did not promise anything they could not deliver. The technician's description of the problem was clear and he ensured that all was in good working order before he completed the task.
Great Experience. The technician I hired was knowledgeable and expert. As he fixed my refrigerator that was making noise, he addressed the problem appropriately within an hour. I super liked the quality as well as the fair price quoted. It was an awesome Thermador refrigerator repair.
Our stove stopped working before a planned dinner. The technician arrived on time and restored it without delay. Very dependable.
