Updated Review. Buyer beware! If your looking to do business with Lynch get EVERYTHING IN WRITING! Especially the verbal statements of what is told to you. Unfortunately I must amend my first review. After buying a 2023 Pacifica, we realized we had been mislead and lied to. The van had a significant scratch on the driver's side. I questioned if it could be fixed. will never go back. would go anywhere else. nobody willing to take accountability and always pushing things to the next person. took over 2 hours for someone to find a solution to an issue we suggested in the first 10 mins. had great experience for my first purchase years ago, but sad to say, not this go around. for me at least.
