Had an awesome experience at Lynch Chevy from start to finish. Phil Palmer and Brandon Grimes made the process very streamlined and stress free. No pressure or rushing. I would highly recommend Lynch if you are out there looking for a vehicle
Went in for a simple oil change. Came out with a check engine light on. When I brought the car back to scan for the code Wes tried to explain to me that the code was completely unrelated to the oil change. He started spouting nonsense so I left. A simple google of code P0172 will tell you it’s directly related to an oil change or an air filter (WHICH WAS REPLACED DURING THIS OIL CHANGE) is not seated correctly. I had a nightmare of an experience and would not recommend them to anyone. I paid them over 1400.00 and not only did they give me my car back with the check engine light on they wreck the front end of my car and their employee threatened to “take my son outside” I’m 68 years old on a fixed income and this is how Lynch Chevy of Kenosha treated me.
