Efficient, honest diagnosis, friendly people who explain their findings at a competitive price, as has been my experience at Lynch.
I took my car in for a diagnostic test that was originally supposed to cost $150, and two weeks went by without them ever calling me. I finally called them, and they told me they didn't know what was wrong with my car, that they thought it had the wrong engine, but they weren't sure. They said the total cost was $395 for the diagnostic and some parts they replaced. I never authorized them to replace anything, and they never called me about it. I want to begin by saying this does not reflect on the sales side of Lynch where I bought my car or the collision department that I have not used. I would also say that the front facing service experience in all areas of Lynch has always been positive.
