Great service department!
Completely incompetent service team. I bought my $67k truck here and it's been nothing but a beatdown ever since. Never again. I'm tired of having loose drain plugs after oil changes and having them sit on my truck for 8 hours and not even work on it when I had an appointment. "Wires crossed" is what the service advisor says. He thought he had my truck for several days. I literally told him I'd be back by 5 but to call me when it was ready.
