I went in to have my teeth cleaned. My insurance company will pay for one set of bite wing x-rays per year. They took X-rays but did not clean my teeth. My insurance company pays for one oral exam every 3 years. They gave me an oral exam. So in one visit they managed to use up 3 years of insurance benefits but did not clean my teeth.
